SHIPPING PROCESSES

* Orders placed by 8 am WAT Mon- Friday ( excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.

* Order placed after 8 am WAT or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

* Please allow for a minor dispatch delay on launch days and sales days as we work to pick and park high order volumes.

Orders will be processed and delivered Monday- Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays. Please be aware that orders placed during national/ public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.

DELAYS

Please know we are working as fast as we can to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics and bad weather.

If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

CUSTOM

Items for delivery outside Nigeria May have to be cleared through customs.

Some countries charge a duty or tax on imported parcels over a certain value. If your order exceeds this amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order.

Please contact your local customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing and to better understand the threshold in your country.

Please note: TOR ATHLETICS does not cover import liabilities that are applied by the government of the destination country. TOR ATHLETICS will not be held liable or responsible for custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply. TOR ATHLETICS do not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country and per order value. TOR ATHLETICS is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are non refundable.

In the event that you refuse to pay these fees, your parcel may be destroyed and a replacement or refund cannot be offered.

Free shipping for orders over N70,000 naira.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER N70,000 Naira.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is N20,000

INTERNATIONAL ORDER OVER $200 WILL RECEIVE FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

FAQS

I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what should I do?

Confirmation emails can sometimes go into your spam/ junk folders, so please check this first. If you can’t find the confirmation emails after checking the spam/junk, please email info@torathletics.com with your order number and we will be able to assist.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and based on delivery location.

* Domestic orders will receive free shipping for orders over N70,000 Naira.

* International orders over $200 will receive free express shipping.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Please email info@torathletics.com ASAP with your correct address and we will do our absolute best to amend this. Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will get to you in time due to the high volume of orders and requests received daily, especially on launch days.

If your package has already been shipped, we are unable to edit your address. It is your responsibility to contact the courier to have this amended on their end. If a wrong address is provided, we are unable to refund your purchase or provide a replacement.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, please click the link in your dispatch email. Make sure to check your junk/ spam folders too. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

If you still haven’t received your tracking number, please contact info@torathletics.com with your order number.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received it!

If your package is missing please double check  that the shipping address you use matches your location. If so, check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.

If you still cannot locate your package, email info@torathletics.com and we will be happy to assist, however we cannot refund a delivered but missing package.

Will I be charged Duties and Taxes?

Items for delivery outside Nigeria may have to be cleared through customs and be subject to duties and taxes levied by the destination country. TOR ATHLETICS do not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country.

It is your responsibility contacting your local customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing.

Can Duties and Taxes be refunded?

Duties and taxes are non refundable as they are required for import by the Government body of your country and TOR ATHLETICS do not collect or handle these fees.
