Returns & Exchanges

We are sure you will love your TOR ATHLETICS as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to offer return or exchange on clothing and accessories.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all the original tags attached, and without any sign or marks of wear ( ex. makeup marks, deodorant marks etc). If we receive any item(s) that shows signs of wear, or odor, we reserve the right to deny any further exchange or refund on the returned item(s)
Some types of items are exempt from being returned. Items such as Athlete booty bands and TA BFR Bands.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items purchase from sales are non returnable and non refundable.
Exchanges ( If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can exchange full priced items for a different size if you do not love the fit you purchase. If you need to exchange an item please fill out the form on our support page.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning or exchanging item(s). Shipping costs are non refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you you may vary.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
At this time TOR ATHLETICS does not support exchanges for international orders, however, you’re more than welcome to return item(s) for a refund if it is returned within 14 days ( including weekends) after delivery. We understand that there might be some delays to receiving your return package, so as long as the package is postmarked within the 14 days window, we will be able to issue the refund.
